SKV Nexus: Complete Business Accounting Guide

1. Getting Started

Important Notice: To use this software properly, you must complete these initial steps. First, enter all business parties or customers (who can be buyers or sellers) and all products into the inventory. Without creating a customer profile and adding products to the inventory, you will not be able to create invoices or process transactions Take a brief moment to patiently complete these initial tasks, and you will find everything else—from purchasing to sales—extremely easy to manage.

Customer Creation: Before any transaction (sales, purchase, or cash in/out), you must create a customer or party. No entries can be made without a customer profile.
Inventory: Add products in the 'Inventory' menu before creating an invoice. Invoices cannot be created without adding products to the inventory.

2. Transaction & Invoice Management

Automatic Calculation: Sales and purchases automatically update your inventory. Selling reduces stock, and purchasing increases it. Profit/loss is calculated automatically upon invoice creation.
Cash In/Out: If you don't wish to create an invoice, use the 'Cash In/Out' button for simple transactions.
Daily Cash Book: Review all daily cash transactions through the 'Daily Cash Book' section.
Bank & Cash Account: Here you can maintain all your banking transactions and personal cash records in a structured way.

3. Reports, Edit/Delete & Business Status

Ledger Report: Search by specific customer to view their entries. Entries can be edited or deleted as needed, but this requires an Admin Password for security.
VAT Report: Access and manage all your business VAT-related reports here.
Due & Collection List: Track customer dues and collection status efficiently.
Daily Business Status: Track today's total sales, cash in, and cash out from the bottom of your dashboard.

4. Admin & Company Management

Manager Roles: You can hire managers and control their access/roles.
Switch Company: Manage multiple companies. When switching companies or editing/deleting any entry, the specific Admin Password for that company is required.
